Ember Roasters began as a late-night obsession among a small team of Dubai coffee lovers who believed every bean deserved more respect. After years of chasing the perfect cup across continents, we built our own roastery to control every step — from green bean selection to final pour.

Today, we are a beloved neighborhood spot in Al Quoz, serving carefully crafted espresso drinks, expressive single-origin pour-overs, and house-made pastries baked fresh each morning. We focus on flavor clarity, consistency, and service that feels personal.

Sustainability is part of our daily practice: we work with direct-trade partners, prioritize responsible farms, and roast in efficient small batches to reduce waste while preserving quality.
